Principal Consultant

Job Description:

• Executing 360 recruitment cycle (source clients and hire candidates).
• Assisting clients in end-to-end cooperation process.
• Providing consultation and solutions to clients.
• Sourcing candidates’ CV, filtering by interview and propose to clients.
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing until join date).
• Maintain relationship and active communication with clients.
• Maintain relationship with the candidates after placement.
• Developing talent pipelines and networking.
• Prepare for future leadership responsibilities, with opportunities to grow into a managerial role and potentially build and lead a team
