Learning & Development Specialist, APAC

Job Description

Incumbent to identify and monitor training needs in the regional organization, and design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill employees training needs.

• Coordinate with HRs from the different countries to maintain high quality training delivery and alignment on Group learning strategies and objectives.
• Liaise with Local HRs and Business Unit Leader to identify Learning & Development needs towards a culture of collaborative learning and social learning
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop training courses and programs
• Support various projects in the area of Training Development Roadmap / Matrix.
• Maintain training budget
• Perform training evaluation, data analysis and develop training reports
• Administer the Training Policy and Systems across the region
• Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by the HR Lead, SEA.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Well-organized & able to handle multiple tasks systematically.
• Fluent in spoken & written English
• Strong personality, team player, mature & committed.
• Strong integrity & ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Sound knowledge and well exposed to the Learning & Organization Development field with strategic orientation.
• Preferably experience in training coordination, training administration and conducting Training Needs Analysis.
