Special Project Admin Intern

Talentvis is a Singapore based HR Solutions company with an Asia Pacific focus, currently operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Taiwan. To support our growth, we are currently looking for a dedicated person with a positive attitude to join us as a Special Project Administrator Intern.

• As an Intern, you will assist Special Project Administrator in gathering qualified Sales Promotion Girl and Sales Promotion Boy profiles via various platforms, such as Telegram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
• Co-work with the designer team to create the profile under comcard template as our main database and assess the suitability that aligns with our goal specifically in Jakarta area and later part across many cities in the country.
• Support Special Project Administrator in various tasks, like market research, input data based on category, preparing reports and presentations.
• Accompany Special Project Administrator when doing business development activities and provide any assistance needed while learning to do business development.
• Assist Special Project Administrator during the event to make sure the manpower is well prepared and running smoothly along with collect feedback from SPG/SPB and clients for enhancement
• Co-work with Human Resources, Operations, Legal, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• All ad-hoc assignments given by Special Project Administrator

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Have knowledge and experience in the SPG/SPB industry is a plus
• Strong written and spoken in English
• Fast learner, proactive, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Sharp attention to detail to increase productivity and reduce the likelihood of errors
• People person with excellent analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
• Dedication and drive to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Desire for self-learning, improvement, and career growth
• Willing to work during weekend or Public Holiday
