General Manager (Outplacement Service)

Direct report to Managing Director / Group CEO.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the expansion of our Outplacement Services business, focusing on generating new business opportunities and increasing revenue.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with existing and potential clients to expand the company's service portfolio.

• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and industry partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Provide expert consultation and support to clients during employee layoffs, ensuring a smooth transition process for all parties involved.

• Collaborate with other business units within the company to maximize the range of services offered to clients, ensuring a comprehensive and seamless experience.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Preferably a degree holder with a minimum of 5 years working experience in outplacement, recruitment industry, human resource or related field is required for this position.

• Proven track record in sales.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• In-depth knowledge of the outplacement industry, market trends, and best practices.

• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans and managing budgets.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
