Job Description:

• This role plays a highly knitted relationship between the Consultants in your team and to the Director of the company.
• You not only managed the Team P&L, you also provide guidance and mentorship to your team members.
• Together with your team, you will established and conquer clients as 1 of the most preferred Recruitment partners among the company.
• You not only play a role model to achieved sales numbers, you also motivate and manage your team members to achieve personal and team targets as a whole, in short, you demonstrate quality leadership.
