RESPONSIBILITY:
- At this stage, you already have insights of the Recruitment Industry and constantly seeking for new areas of client’s acquisition.
- You manage the end to end recruitment process between both clients and candidates.
- Active business development and organic growth with existing and new clients, you will provide personalised and highly attentive recruitment needs to your clients.
- You are independent enough to handle most of the issues and challenges face from the end to end recruitment process.
REQUIREMENT
- Min 3 years of experience in Recruitment Industry
- Have sales track record
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good team player and people management skills
- Sales/target driven, resilient, able to handle pressure
