Talent Acquisition Manager

Reporting directly to Executive Director based in Singapore or in future Head of Talent Acquisition/Human Resource, you will run and manage talent acquisition activities for the growth and development for the business in the country and the targeted countries assigned

Job Description

• To plan, devise talent acquisition strategies to build, develop and grow strong talent pipelines for all level of roles that will allow the businesses to grow steadily in a sustainable manner and likewise to ensure contingency plans are in place to ensure minimise bottleneck in business operations
• Develop and build strong and positive mindshare for professionals within the HR solutions/service/recruiting industry in the country and the region through offline and digital channels, to ensure talent attraction is an on-going process to well position employer branding
• Co-Work and be involved with Head of Tech to improvise and enhance a more robust internal ERP system that is scalable for use for the business to ensure growth and talent acquisition needs are met
• Co-work with Business Leaders and Team Leaders to enable the hiring and scaling of the respective business units and teams in respective countries.
• Co-work with local Human Resource (if any), Human Resource Lead to review and align all hiring and on-boarding practices are best practices that suit the scaling businesses in the countries involved
• Co-Work with Human Resource, Operations, Legal and any other departments to ensure smooth operations of the business and/or regional business (as and when applicable)
• To work together within the management team in Indonesia and respective countries and HQ to foster a good, healthy and positive team's dynamics across the region
• Backup Managing Director / Group CEO as and when needed or assigned to
• Any special/strategic/confidential projects as and when required
