Special Project Controller

Talentvis is a Singapore based HR Solutions company with an Asia Pacific focus, currently operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Taiwan. To support our growth, we are currently looking for a dedicated candidate with a positive attitude to join us as a Special Project Controller.

• Reporting to the Managing Director/ Group CEO based in Singapore, you will run a pivotal role under special project unit to kick-start and manage new business in the country
• Manage and oversee the daily activity of Special Project team, ensuring that the tasks are being undertaken efficiently with a high level of professionalism
• Gather qualified Sales Promotion Girl and Sales Promotion Boy profile under comcard template as our main database and assess the suitability that aligns with our goal specifically in Jakarta area and later part across many cities in the country
• Drive and run business development activities within individual and within the team to secure new clients in the country and the region
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with external parties to expand brand awareness and raise business opportunities
• Supervise during the event and make sure everything is running as planned. Initiate to gather feedback from SPG/SPB and clients for enhancement
• Manage, grow, and drive to optimize the profitability of business units in the country and region under your care/portfolio
• Generate sales, achieve growth, and hit personal target
• Co-work with the Tech team to brainstorm and prepare for the platform when the business is growing and ready
• To work together within the management team to foster good, healthy and positive team dynamics
• Co-work with Human Resources, Operations, Legal, and other departments to ensure smooth operations of the country under your care
• Support all business units under Talentvis through client referral
• Monitor and analyze market trends and business opportunities for growth either in an organic or acquisition mode
• All ad-hoc assignments given by Managing Director/Group CEO

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and experience in the SPG/SPB industry
• Pro-active with results/KPI driven and an achievement mindset
• Ability to work independently and able to work under pressure
• Good presentation and communication skills
• People person with excellent analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
• Dedication and drive to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Desire for self-learning, improvement, and career growth
• Willing to work during weekend or Public Holiday
