Partnership Development Specialist (Talentvis Academy)

As the Partnership Development Specialist at Talentvis Academy, you are responsible for managing the end-to-end

 experience of potential training and corporate partners on the platform.

Job Descriptions:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with training partners/corporate partners through regular engagement.
• Identify and acquire new potential training partners/corporate partners for collaboration.
• Manage the entire onboarding process for training partners/corporate partners, ensuring a smooth transition when they join or collaborate with the platform.
• Keep training partners/corporate partners informed of the platform’s latest updates and features.
• Responsible for training partners courses’ listing tracking in the platform and compiling and delivering comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports
• Maintain high levels of satisfaction and ensure that the expectations of training partners/ corporate partners are met.
• Regularly review the platform to improve user experience.
• Develop solutions for issues as they arise and implement preventative measures for potential obstacles.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Operations, Sales, Tech, and Product, to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min. 1-2 years’ experience in partnership, account management or similar roles.
• Good organisation, management, and communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Target driven, result-oriented, resilient, ambitious, and able to handle high pressure.
• Agile and able to multi-task.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
