Special Project Business Development Intern

Talentvis is a Singapore based HR Solutions company with an Asia Pacific focus, currently operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan. To support our growth, we are currently looking for a strong candidate with a positive attitude to join us as Special Project Business Development Intern. You will direct report to Special Project Administrator. Special Project Business Development Intern role includes the following responsibilities:

·      Work closely with Special Project Administrator and learn how to master in business development

·      Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate the trends including brand/product awareness

·      Identifying business opportunities through market development, customer prospecting, and sales pitching

·      Assisting clients in end-to-end cooperation process, such as create proposals, negotiation, execution, and after sales

·      Understand client requirements, provide consultation and solutions based on client needs

·      Developing client pipelines and networking

·      Maintain long-term relationship with existing clients or partner

·      Achieve the KPI or target given including but not limited to cold call and client meeting

·      Expand business network through events, gathering, annual gala dinner, career fair, expo, workshop, etc.

·      Collect feedback from SPG/SPB and clients after the event for enhancement

·      Liaise with Legal, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations of the business

·      Co-work and be involved to deepen clients’ relationship through referral between business unit

·      All ad-hoc assignments given by Special Project Administrator

Requirements:

·      Fresh graduates are welcome.

·      Passionate about sales or business development.

·      Excellent communication, strong presentation and negotiation skills.

·      Target driven, result oriented, resilient, ambitious, and able to handle pressure.

·      Desire to self-learning, improvement, and career growth.

·      Friendly and outgoing personality.
