Management Trainee

Currently, we are looking for a young talented candidate with positive attitude to be a part of our Talentvis Management Trainee program. This is a 18-month program, where different challenges & test will be given from time to time. The Management Trainee will have the chance to rotate among different organization functions across Talentvis, like Internal Hiring, HR, Operations, Payroll, Business Development, and Recruitment Consultant. 

This program is designed to nurture and develop sustainable talent pipelines, and prepare individuals for long-term and professional career growth.

Requirements:

• Maximum 26 years old
• Fresh graduate at least Bachelor degree in any majors
• Active involvement in extracurricular activities or organization
• Must speak a fluent English
• Good communication skill, fast learner and always strive to be excellent.
• Able to work individual or in a team.
