Employer Partnership Executive/Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Employer Partnership with the responsibilities as below:

Job Description:

• Direct report to Managing Director / Group of CEO based in Singapore.
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential training partners to onboard them onto our platform.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders from partner organizations, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform to potential partners, showcasing how it can help them expand their reach and grow their business.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners and to continuously improve our platform's offerings.
• Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback to both partners and internal stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and market insights, leveraging this knowledge to identify new partnership opportunities and enhance existing relationships.
• Drive synergy between different business units, expanding our customer base and creating additional value for our partners and users through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

• Preferably a degree holder with a minimum of 3 years working experience in enterprise training, human resource, business development, partnership management or related field is required for this position.
• Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and maintaining partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the industry and its key players.
