2. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and fit for client roles.
3. Placement: Successfully place candidates in client roles, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
4. Recruitment Process Management: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and offer negotiation.
5. Talent Pipeline Management: Identify, attract, and engage top talent to build a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
6. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve talent acquisition processes and strategies.
