Talentvis is a Singapore based HR Solutions company with an Asia Pacific focus, currently operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to implement the Marketing activities, PR campaigns, including Online/Offline media and Events to grow our branding borderless.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities of the Marketing team, ensuring that the tasks are being undertaken efficiently, with a high level of professionalism
- Builds up and maintains a strong network with customers, partners, and agents in the industry and undertakes all necessary socialisation, meetings and event attendance to build and maintain industry connections
- Manages marketing budget and operates budget effectively
- Research to determine customer’s needs and identifies the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry to support business
- Plan and manages our social media presence across all digital channels to encourage brand’s image and awareness and achieve brand target.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams regarding communication marketing/ sales activities.
- Main contact person for brand’s principle and communication materials design and support all issues related to brands such as online adverting, brand communications or marketing campaigns
- Developing insightful brand activation and integrated marketing communications aligned with brand proposition and brand strategies.
- Continually researching industry developments, and competitor propositions and identify opportunities in developing placement and content strategy
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/ SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- To be creative in generating new ideas to raise engagement in all of social media platforms.
- Any other tasks and projects assigned as and when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
- At least 3 years' work experience in brand management or marketing roles preferably in Services or FMCG business
- Good communication skills, strong leadership, good presentation skills, well-organized and able to work multi-task, strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and any graphic programs is a plus.
- Excellent in using the social media platform
- Have a solid knowledge and have experience in handling SEO/ SEM
- Have an understanding in the market trends
