Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of company secretarial liaising for regional entities located in Indonesia and/or Southeast Asia to ensure the statutory requirement are complied.
  • Establish proper SOP in maintaining the entities’ statutory books and records in compliance with laws and regulatory requirements by the local authority in Indonesia and/or South East Asia
  • Implementing internal governance guidelines in Indonesia and/or South East Asia
  • Support and enhance regional legal management regime and litigation matters by collaborating closely with external legal counsels in Indonesia and /or South East Asia
  • Work closely with internal and external customers concerning service issues
  • Supervise the execution of corrective action meets customers’ specifications.
  • Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.
  • Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to service FIRST
  • Preparing clear explanatory documents such as customers’ corrective action reports or any other reports as request by the Management.
  • Manage agreements with regards to facility management for the regional entities, including lease renewal.
  • Review, advice and draft on legal contracts, business agreements in all forms and purposes
  • Handle disputes, litigations or arbitrations collaborating with external legal counsels
  • Handle, coordinate and communicate with the Notary, Company Secretary, external legal counsels or any other relevant parties with regards to company incorporation and corporate secretarial matters (e.g. the minutes of directors meeting)
  • Ensure the company is in good legal and compliance in Indonesia and/or South East Asia
  • Be the legal and compliance evangelist for legal trainings for teams across business entities in Indonesia and/or South East Asia
