General Manager (Employer Branding Service)

Direct report to Managing Director / Group CEO.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies for external organizations while generating revenue for the company.

• Identify new business opportunities and spearhead the sales process for employer branding services, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with prospective partners.

• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Communications teams of clients to create compelling employer brand content that showcases their company culture, values, and unique employee experiences.

• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and influencers to increase the visibility and reputation of clients in the job market while expanding the company's network and reach.

• Set and achieve sales targets and performance metrics for employer branding services, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

• Collaborate efficiently with internal teams to enhance and solidify the network of strategic partnerships within our ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Preferably a degree holder with a minimum of 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Experience in employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, or related fields and a proven track record in sales.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation for employer branding purposes.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with partner organizations and influence at all levels of their organization.

• A strong network and reputation are highly preferred.
