Group Accountant

Group Accountant is accountable for the following job responsibilities:

• Handles full set of accounts.
• Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation financial reports for management and statutory reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation for multiple entities.
• Responsible for preparing annual financial statements for group and subsidiaries in compliance with accounting standards.
• Preparation of Balance Sheet on a timely basis.
• Review and analysis of subsidiaries monthly management accounts and group reporting.
• Providing support for Group Budget consolidation reporting and presentation.
• Responsible for reconciliation of intercompany transaction.
• In charge of Fixed Assets accounting.
• Support Compliance, Controls, Audit and Tax matters.
• Identify ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of consolidation and external financial reporting and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the group consolidation system.
• Liaise with external parties such as banks, auditors and vendors.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum experience of 5 years in related field
• Strong analytical and excellent communication skills
• Details-oriented
• Able to work in a tight schedule and fast paced environment
