  • Perform a wide range of company secretarial liaising for regional entities located in Indonesia and/or Southeast Asia to ensure the statutory requirement are complied.
  • Establish proper SOP in maintaining the entities’ statutory books and records in compliance with laws and regulatory requirements by the local authority in Indonesia and/or South East Asia
  • Implementing internal governance guidelines in Indonesia and/or South East Asia
  • Support and enhance regional legal management regime and litigation matters by collaborating closely with external legal counsels in Indonesia and /or South East Asia
