Campaign Specialist (Perks by Talentvis)

Talentvis is a Singapore based HR Solutions company with an Asia Pacific focus, currently operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan. We are looking for a young talented candidate with positive attitude to join us as Campaign Specialist. You will direct report to our GM of PERKS based in Singapore.

Job Description:

- Plan, execute, and manage marketing promo campaigns

- Plan, maintain, and analyze new user promo campaign and communication

- Design an integrated campaign with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers

- Handle end-to-end the on-going and upcoming big campaigns

- Analyze and implement campaign strategies

- Evaluate past campaigns to identify problems and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in any major

- Min. 2 years working experience in project management / campaign strategic role

- Good stakeholder management and communications skills

- Systematic end-to-end project management

- Experience in e-commerce; campaign management, merchandising, and marketing

- Able to create presentation decks

- Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating campaign performance, analytical and data oriented

- Attention to detail

- Able to think strategically and has individual problem solving to drive projects forward
