Recruitment Consultant Intern

Talentvis is a Singapore based HR Solutions company with an Asia Pacific focus, currently operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan. To support our growth, we are currently looking for a strong candidate with a positive attitude to join us as Recruitment Consultant Intern. You will direct report to Business Leader. Recruitment Consultant Intern role includes the following responsibilities:

·      Sourcing candidates’ resume, filtering with interview, and propose to clients

·      Handling end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing until candidate join date)

·      Maintain relationship with candidates after placement

·      Co-work with other team members to achieve target

·      Developing talent pipelines and networking

·      Learn to do business development by identifying business opportunities through market development, customer prospecting, and sales pitching

·      Assisting clients in end-to-end cooperation process

·      Understand client requirements, provide consultation and solutions based on client needs
