Operations Excellence Specialist [Talentvis Academy]

Job Description

• Handling and monitoring the operations of Talentvis Academy.

• Reviewing and improving the operational process to achieve higher efficiency.

• Creating and implementing operational policies and procedures to achieve higher effectiveness.

• Developing solutions for occurring issues and preventing them.

• Guiding internal and external stakeholders to understand every change and update made.

• Collaborating with the internal teams such as Product, Tech, and Project for smooth operations.

• Handling the customer lifecycle from onboarding to end-of-service.

• Ensuring customer’s expectation is met and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.

• Guiding and educating customers on the platform, its features, and updates.

• Providing solutions when the customers encounter issues.

• Handling the onboarding of training partners (beta users & etc.).

• Ensuring the training partner’s expectation is met and maintaining high level of satisfaction.

• Maintaining good relationship with training partners by checking in regularly.

• Others tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years’ experience handling project operations or similar roles.

• Good organization, management, and communication skills.

• Agile and able to multi-task.

• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skill.

• Good analytical skill.

• Able to work independently.
