Job Description:

  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director based in Singapore, you will run and manage the new business growth and development of the business and contribute positively to the business operations within South-East Asia through client engagements, business development, partnership, rapport building etc through active and proactive collaboration with the Recruiting teams in SEA
  • To develop strong mindshare and positiveness within the senior executives of the companies who are already operating in Jakarta and/or SEA or companies who have plans to enter South-East Asia
  • Support and position as a strong catalyst for building talent pipelines
  • Actively involved in professional and social networking to drive strategic business connections that will stimulate business growth in Jakarta
  • In charge of and drive winning partnership and/or strategic collaboration with industry partners such as universities, schools, private sectors or even government agencies that lead to growth in mindshare, brand awareness and revenue/profitability
  • Responsible for new business development and client acquisitions for core business of Talentvis i.e., Recruitment & Executive Search and other HR solutions/offerings to increase market share and bottom-line for the businesses
  • Launch and be the Product Owner aka Project Manager of new HR products/offerings that are suitable for SEA through step-by-step market validation, market research and analysis, preparation work for go to market
  • Co-Work and be involved with Head of Tech to improvise and enhance a more robust internal ERP system that is scalable for use for evolving SEA market
  • Co-Work with Human Resource, Operations and other departments to ensure smooth operations of the business and/or regional business (if applicable)
  • To work together within the management team in Singapore to foster a good, healthy and positive team’s dynamics
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, business opportunities for growth either in an organic or acquisition mode
  • Backup Managing Director as and when needed/assigned to
  • Any special/strategic/confidential projects as and when required


Requirements:

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Good communication skills, strong leadership, good presentation skills, well-organized and able to work multi-task, strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Result oriented, sales driven, and achievement mindset
  • People person with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Able to work individual or in a team
