What We’re Looking For
✔️ Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Marine Insurance Underwriting.
✔️ Proven track record in managing a Marine Insurance portfolio and driving business development.
✔️ Strong industry networks and relationships within the Marine sector.
✔️ Ability to handle portfolio management, budgeting, and forecasting.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔️ Experience in leading and mentoring teams with strong people management capabilities.
✔️ Strong analytical and risk assessment skills to make sound underwriting decisions.
