Job Description
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations or relevant field.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Fluency in English & Thai
Job Responsibilities
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedule.
- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members.
- Collects customer data and analyzes interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Reports progress to Marketing department
- Grows and expands company by new social media channel, plus increases on existing social media channel including Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram
- Research and monitors activity of company competitors
- Providing customer service to customers on Social Media
- Any other task that may reasonably assign by supervisor.
