Job Description
Job Requirement
- Bache Degree in Chemical Engineering or Petrochemical Industry, or equivalent, from university. Experience
- 7 to 15 years experience in production from a Petrochemical plant or in any other field from any chemical-related industrial plant.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint.)
- Ability to read and understand PID drawings.
- Basic understanding of the DCS program.
- Good command of English in speech, listening, and writing.
- Ability to operate Design Programs such as AutoCAD (optional)
- Ability to communicate in Japanese (optional)
Job Responsibilities
- Understand the overall production process, operation step and flow, and its safety risk.
- Monitor and manage daily production and process conditions.
- Review process monitoring and data input, and request for correction if a mistake is found.
- Review, make corrections,s and/or create a production plan and other production-related documents.
- Report via oral or written format to the manager when an abnormality or potential trouble occurs.
- Participate in the assigned project, and perform assigned task/job, diligently.
