Senior Recruitment Consultant

Responsibility:

• At this stage, you already have insights of the Recruitment Industry and constantly seeking for new areas of client’s acquisition.
• You manage the end to end recruitment process between both clients and candidates.
• Active business development and organic growth with existing and new clients, you will provide personalized and highly attentive recruitment needs to your clients.
• You are independent enough to handle most of the issues and challenges face from the end to end recruitment process

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience in Recruitment Industry
• Have sales track record
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good team player and people management skills
• Sales/target driven, resilient, able to handle pressure
