Job Description
Job Requirement
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a luxury service role with direct customer contact.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a challenging environment.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of social networks.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities

Sales Performance:
- Achieve individual sales targets set by the Boutique Manager.
- Develop and retain clientele and prospects.
- Assist team members in the sales process when required and perform administrative tasks efficiently.
- Contribute to the overall targets of the boutique by being a proactive team player.
- Recruit new clients by attending internal and external events and sharing ideas for new initiatives.

Adherence to Boucheron Policies and Procedures:
- Act as an ambassador of Boucheron Retail Excellence.
- Follow the Boucheron selling ceremony.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Maison's history and creations.
- Respect the values and ethical principles of Boucheron and the Kering group.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively and comply with safety regulations and security procedures.
- Adhere to grooming guidelines and implement internal visual merchandising standards.

Contribution to Daily Boutique Operations:
- Help maintain and enhance the overall appearance of the boutique.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
- Actively participate in team meetings, group tasks, boutique events, and other activities.
- Engage in non-commercial tasks such as stock management and visual merchandising when necessary.
