Team Lead/Assistant Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full 360° recruitment cycle, including business development and candidate placement
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted recruitment partner
• Provide consultative advice and tailored hiring solutions based on market insights and client needs
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to successful onboarding
• Source, screen, and present high-quality candidates to clients
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines and professional networks
• Ensure excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of consultants, including coaching, performance management, and development
• Drive team performance to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition with a strong passion for the industry
• Prior experience managing a team or mentoring junior consultants, with the ability to coach and develop talent
• Demonstrated leadership experience with direct reports and team performance management
• Strong sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong sense of ownership with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Outgoing and confident personality with strong relationship-building skills
