Projects & Operations Associate (Activation)

Talentvis is a Singapore based HR Solutions company with an Asia Pacific focus, currently operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan. To support our growth, we are currently looking for a strong candidate with positive attitude to join us as Projects & Operations Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Projects & Operations Executive to do brainstorm, prepare the deck/proposal, event timeline, meeting notes, and budgeting plan

• Assist Projects & Operations Executive to do the execution and supervise field team

• Involve in doing all administrative things

• Find the best vendor/supplier to fulfil client’s needs and internal budget

• Initiating and conducting survey of clients & worker satisfaction at the end of the event

• Understand competitor trends and end-user requirements and expectations

• Back up Projects & Operations Executive as and when needed/assigned to

• Support other task or projects as and when required

Requirements:

• One year working experience in related field or at least has event management major background for fresh graduate

• Has experience in wedding/party/event organizer is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

• Dedication to work under tight schedule or timeline stipulated

• Able to do own execution and smart way to solve any issue

• Strong interpersonal skills and able to lead

• Smart and creative

• Able to work overtime and during weekend or public holidays
