Reporting to the Regional Managing Director based in Singapore, you will support and assist him in the best degree to ensure the betterment and growth of the businesses across South East Asia.


1. Before incorporation job scope:

Talentvis is a regional recruitment company with offices in SG, KL, JKT, BKK, HCMC, TW, HK and Dubai and is looking to set up in the Philippines.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to help prepare, setup, assemble and launch into Philippines market. It short, this is like a Number 1 employee in Philippines market.

 

Brief job scope:

·        to help us liaise and follow thru with lawyer, accountant, auditor, tax agent with regards to incorporation and setup of Philippines company.

·        to source and shortlist lawyer, accountant, auditor, tax agent.

·        to source for preliminary office for Pioneer team.

·        to source and interview Pioneer team (5 – 8 pax) for shortlisting and hiring.

·        to help in company bank account opening.

·        to perform market research and analysis of Philippines market and other markets.

·        any other admin duties, ad-hoc projects or tasks as and when needed.

Post launch and biz operations, say 6 months to a year, the individual can transit to other role or still stay as same role as Executive Assistant.

 

2. Post incorporation job scope:

Reporting to the Regional Managing Director based in Singapore, you will support and assist him in the best degree to ensure the betterment and growth of the businesses in Philippines.

 

Administrative, Secretarial and Business Support:

·        Perform the role of Executive Assistant to support the Regional Managing Director in all aspects of administrative and secretarial support mainly for the businesses in Philippines.

·        Handle administrative, secretarial support, coordination, follow up and liaise via phone calls or meetings on behalf for matters assigned.

·        Perform market research and competitors’ analysis (i.e pricing, strategies and product mapping etc) for businesses in Philippines market and/or within Asia Pacific region (as and when required).

·        Co-support to backup other team members to ensure the smooth running of the businesses in Philippines in the event of contingency arises.

·        As part of corporate services and ongoing improvement, you will perform continuous review and analysis of the running performance of respective functions/departments and propose suggestion to ensure improvisation of the businesses as a whole.

·        Act as a Team Coordinator to support the Regional Managing Director to launch new business offerings in Philippines such as preparation of marketing collaterals, proposals and quotations as well as consolidating and proper documentation of resource database.

·        Any other tasks, projects and/or confidential matters assigned as and when needed.

 

External Relations:

·        Responsible for corporate communications and public relations related to the businesses in Philippines, and work toward building strong relationship with media, press, journalists etc.

·        Maintain good positive relations with external parties/stakeholders such as clients, jobseekers, industry partners, government and statutory agencies and others etc.

·        In-charge of company’s events such as press conferences, career and industry events should the needs arise.

·        Continuously drive ongoing efforts to reach out to clients to ensure good service delivery and ensure communication to the delivery team should corrective actions for improvisation need to be in place.

·        Co-support to backup for client liaison and relationship building from overseas such as South East Asia or the greater of Asia including but not limited to China.

·        Co-support to backup to drive winning partnership and/or strategic collaboration in Philippines with industry partners such as universities, schools, private sectors or even government agencies that lead to growth in mindshare and positive brand awareness.

·        Any other tasks and projects assigned as and when needed.

Some of the tasks are ad-hoc, some tasks are one time off while some tasks may not even happen.
