Job Requirement
Min Diploma / A lvl and above
Willingness to learn new system and able to pick up new things quick
Has an interest in the hospitality and tourism industry
Job Responsibilities
Guest Services
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Provide guests with hotel information, room details, and available services.
- Address guest inquiries, requests professionally.
Registration
- Manage room bookings through the Opera Cloud.
- Verify guest identification, payment methods, and issue room keys.
Communication & Coordination
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding reservations and guest inquiries.
- Communicate guest requests and special arrangements with relevant departments (e.g., housekeeping, concierge, maintenance).
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, transportation, and hotel facilities.
Cash & Payment Handling
- Process guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and room charges.
- Maintain accurate billing records and issue invoices.
Administrative & Reporting
- Update and maintain guest records in the system.
- Prepare daily front desk reports and shift handovers.
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping for room status updates.
