Job Requirement
- Previous experience in event management or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to event setup
- Accurate in collecting and recording customer information
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions
Job Responsibilities
Assist in managing and directing event attendees, collect and record customer information accurately, assist with event setup and teardown, provide customer service, and ensure safety and security of event participants.
