Business Leader

Reporting to Managing Director/ Group CEO based in Singapore, you will run your own recruitment/staffing business units to kick-start and manage new businesses in Taiwan

Job Description

• Concurrently, you will hire and build satellite teams in executive search business focusing on Digital vertical across countries that Talentvis operate in
• Drive and run business development activities within individual and within the team to secure new clients in Taiwan and the region
• Manage, grow and drive to optimize the profitability of the recruitment business units in Taiwan and region under your care/portfolio
• Build, identify, groom, and develop successor(s) for leadership transition for the operations of Taiwan for the purpose of transition to Portfolio 2
• Co-Work and be involved with Head of Tech to improvise and enhance a more robust internal ERP system that is scalable for use for evolving Taiwan market
• Co-Work with Human Resource, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations of Taiwan and regional business under your care
• To work together within the management team to foster a good, healthy, and positive team’s dynamics
• Monitor and analyze market trends, business opportunities for growth either in an organic or acquisition mode
• Backup Managing Director / Group CEO as and when needed/assigned to any special/strategic projects as and when required

What we are looking for: 

• Strong knowledge and experience in the Recruitment industry, either in Temporary/Contract or Permanent recruitment
• Experience in managing a sales team preferred
• Good business acumen and an achievement mindset
• Proven sales record, results/KPI driven
• Dedication and drive to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Committed and enthusiastic about coaching and developing a Recruitment sales team to grow the business
