Talentvis is a Singapore based HR Solutions company with an Asia Pacific focus, currently operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Taiwan. To support our growth, we are currently looking for a strong candidate with a positive attitude to join us as a Business Development to support our business under the Payroll Solutions unit. As Business Development, you will be responsible for continuing partnerships and spearheading strategic business development activities. The role includes the following responsibilities:


  • Reporting directly to General Manager of Payroll Solutions, you will be responsible to establish rapport and acquire potential new clients, stakeholders, territory, and opportunities
  • Research, plan, and oversee new marketing initiatives and strategies
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell to potential leads
  • Able to understand client needs, in order to effectively partner and communicate clearly and concisely with all internal departments and external users/stakeholders
  • Arrange and attend client-engagement meetings and business events to drive strategic business connections that will stimulate business growth
  • Monitor sales forecasts and business reporting to achieve sales targets as individual and team efforts
  • Collaborate with the Regional Team in a continuous and ongoing process for enhancements through suggestions or feedback
  • All ad-hoc assignments given by General Manager of Payroll Solutions


Requirements:

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related fields
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or business development
  • Fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus
  • Strong existing clientele network
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Dedication and drive to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Sales/target driven, resilient, able to handle pressure
  • Desire for self-learning, improvement, and career growth
