Talentvis is a Singapore based HR Solutions company with an Asia Pacific focus, currently operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan. To support our growth, we are currently looking for a strong candidate with a positive attitude to join us as Commercial Manager of B2B Digital Platform business. You must possess deep business acumen; and must understand a company and its challenges to help address the platform needs. A Commercial Manager sets and aligns the global strategy with a company's business priorities to drive results, defines and drives the delivery of smooth operations, and actively participates in the functional leadership teams as a partner to the business. A Commercial Manager role includes the following responsibilities:


• Manage and oversee the daily activity of PERKS team, ensuring the tasks are being undertaken efficiently and effectively with a high level of professionalism.

• Maintaining and improving the quality of the platform.

• Ensuring all users’ expectations and satisfaction are met.

• In-charge of revenue growth including monitoring the budget and expenses.

• Lead and guide a team consisting of Product, Operations, and Merchant Acquisition.

• Provide insights based on data-driven findings to enhance platform traction and improve conversion rates.

• Creating innovative strategies to achieve goals and higher revenue.

• Building and maintaining communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Co-work with Tech and Product team for product enhancements and product roadmap.

• Co-work with HR, Legal, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations of the business.

• To work together within management to foster good, healthy, and positive team dynamics within the region.

• Co-work and be involved in deepening clients' relationships through referrals between business units.

• All ad-hoc assignments given by the Managing Director.


Requirements:

• Min. of 2 years’ experience as Commercial Manager or similar role in B2B e-commerce or digital platform

• Deep knowledge of digital channels, website development, SEO/SEM, social media, digital marketing campaigns

• Experience in doing business development or partnership

• Good knowledge of business process and functions, such as manpower, operations, finance, etc.

• Goal-oriented; high drive and self-motivation to achieve targets

• Resilient, ambitious, and able to handle high pressure

• High level of organization, management, and leadership skills

• Proactive, responsible, and strong in negotiation skill

• Fluent in English and excellent communication

• Desire for self-learning, improvement, and career growth

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
