2D & 3D Designer

Talentvis is a Singapore based HR Solutions company with an Asia Pacific focus, currently operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan. To support the growth of Activation Unit (Event Management) in 3 countries, Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand, we are looking for a creative, imaginative, fun, and resilient person who is a stickler for organization with following responsibilities:

• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate the latest trends including brand/product awareness in respective country

• Conceptualise, develop design concepts, graphics, key visual, and layout for marketing collaterals according to the theme and objective proposed by the client

• Develop artistic impressions to illustrate full event proposals

• Together with the team, assist in brainstorming and conceptualising design ideas for various event and marketing campaigns

• Develop a strong understanding of the client's needs, provide a reliable consultation and solutions based on their brand, products, and objectives, as well as the motivations behind customers' buying decisions

• Create initial design sketches and computer-generated 2D and 3D visualisations

• Come up with quick-witted alternatives and imaginative ideas to help meet project deadlines and budgets

• Ensure that project deadlines are met and that project briefs are delivered within budget and to the client's brief

• Co-work with local Project & Operations team for overseeing the implementation and building of the exhibition, booth, store opening, stage, etc.

• Continuously collect feedback from clients and partners for future enhancement

• Liaise with internal teams such as Project & Operations team, Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations of the whole business

• All ad-hoc assignments given by General Manager in South-East Asia

Requirements:

• Experience min. of 2 years as 2D/3D exhibition and event designer in Activation agency preferred

• Knowledge and skill of computer-based design programs, such as AutoCAD, Autodesk 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDraw, and SketchUp

• Fluent in English and excellent communication skill

• Creative and strong attention to details

• Resilient, ambitious, and able to handle high pressure and tight deadline

• Strong in delivers creative, effective design, and to think on your feet

• Proactive, responsible, and quick-witted

• Able to handle several one-off projects in progress at any one time

• Desire to self-learning, improvement, and career growth
