Responsibilities / Introduction
- Provide administrative support to team
- Coordinate with other departments both internally and externally.
- Organize general administrative work.
- Coordinate between Media team and Finance
- Weekly report: to update project status, budget, payment
- Other duties when assigned.
- BA or BS degree in Finance or Business Administration with major coursework in accounting, finance, business systems, or management information systems
- Graduated in Vocational Certificate or High Vocational Certificate degree are welcome
- 1+ year related experience
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills required
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Tools
