Responsibilities / Introduction

  • Be as brand ambassafor, ensuring every clients is treated according to the brand standards.
  • Drive and achive individual and team targets and be acountable for sales results
  • Welcome every clients and provide the best client experience.
  • Advise clients across the brand and all products categories.
  • Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clientelling tools, in order to foster brand loyalty.
  • Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
  • Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
  • Support any ad-hoc issue and company activites as assigned.

Requirement

  • Thai nationality with bachelor degree in any field.
  • Experience in retails, fashion or related industry
  • Professional presentation.
  • Client centric, proactive and positive in approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (Proficient in Tha & English) and client relations 
  • Mandarin and other third languages are a big plus.
  • Passion for the luxury brand and fashion.
  • Good Team-Player with high levels of motivation, able to work under pressure.
  • Available to work with shift times as assignment.
