Responsibilities / Introduction

  • HR Management & Development
    Implement recruitment, sourcing, selection strategy, plans, programs
    Lead the manpower planning process to increase people productivity and to keep alignment with key business objectives
    Implement learning & development strategy, plans, programs with a clear annual training roadmap that are in alignment with each job functions’ technical competencies
    Organization development
    Implement performance management strategy, plans, programs that relate to individual KPI setting, and TSC leadership competency model
    Build talent pool to sustain TSC competitive advantage by working closely with top executives on succession management
    Employee Engagement
    Lead PRIDE programs to enhance employee engagement level with strategic internal communication plans
    Continuously monitor employee engagement pulse check to ensure the right solutions are provided to each job functions differently
    Provide guidance to HR team members to implement employee relations plans and programs
    Rewards / Remuneration
    Implement competitive reward strategy, plans, programs that aim to increase pay for performance practice and reflect the internal fairness when linked to TSC Payroll
    HR data and Technology
    Develop a sustain HR database platform for related HR work plans by utilizing new / affordable technology


Bachelor’s degree in any fields with proven record from solid experience as head of HR from medium size organization for minimum 5 years
Understanding of business management and inter-relationship between these disciplines
Demonstrate strengths in recruitment, performance management, organization development
Demonstrate strengths in interpersonal skills and functional technical skills with exposure to manufacturing operations
Possess a growth mindset which dare to challenge status quo, lead change, and continuous improvement
