Responsibilities / Introduction
- Identifying and acquiring new corporate clients.
- Converting new business opportunities within assigned leads generated using a consultative sales approach.
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level.
- Serving as a brand enthusiast for Wallex suite of products and solutions.
- Follow-up on highly qualified leads at small and mid-sized companies.
- Build relationships with prospects and internal stake holders to grow new business.
- Work collaboratively with the Lead generation department to execute sales strategy.
- Hold Bachelor Degree in any discipline with strong academic result.
- Have superior communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Have 6+ years of selling experience operating within a Technology or innovative online product environment (especially in banking industry).
- Have experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently.
- Hands-on experience using sales automation (fresh sales preferred).
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and the business acumen.
- Able to work independently, but also confident in a global environment.
- Have experience in building relationship at various levels and demonstrated success at working with cross-functional team.
- Enjoy being in a client servicing role.
- Excellent in negotiating and strong customer focus.
- Have tons of energy, passion, humour, compassion and enthusiasm.
