Responsibilities / Introduction

  • Leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company sales target
  • Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Managing and maintaining sales operations to ensure customers have the best experience end-to-end
  • Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships


  1. Must have 10+ years experience in direct FMCG  (Tier 1 Multinational FMCG) experience
  2. Held various sales roles  such as  FMCG Area Sales Team or Key Account Managers
  3. Has  experience of directly selling to big FMCG's distributors whether in tech, e-commerce, etc.
  4. Strong sales skills
  5. Proven Track record of closing deals
  6. Strong people skill and communication skills
  7. Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
