Responsibilities / Introduction

  1. Implement and improve the operational systems, processes and policies to facilitate the most effective and efficient delivery organization, specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
  2. Leading complex negotiations and business development initiatives
  3. Gather, analyze and use information to make service changes to enhance performance, including monitor hospital activity and reporting trends
  4. Responsible for the overall profitability of the company
  5. Take full professional accountability in respect of the clinical management of all staffs
  6. Demonstrate leadership of your staff team and to act as a positive role model
  7. Ensure achievement of Company Standard
  8. Work with HR to recruit, appoint and deploy care, administrative and domestic staff according to the company requirements and policy
  9. To maintain strong connections within the medical community
  10. Enforce any disciplinary procedures and dismissals when neccessary


  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or any related field
  2. At least 7 years of total experience in a managerial position
  3. Previous experience of managing in a complex organization (top 5 market leader pharmaceutical is preferable)
  4. Proven ability to grow a heathcare business
  5. Experience in managing budgets
  6. Experience of Managing Health and Safety Environment
  7. Previous demonstrattion of the ability to market successfully
  8. Computer literacy, including the use of word processing and other software packages
  9. Genuine interest in working within a caring environment
  10. Team Player
  11. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
