Responsibilities / Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain customers' product and solutions on-site, including network, systems, terminals and other infrastructure
  • Manage daily operations upon customer's requirement
  • Periodically on standby for field support

 


Requirement

Requirements

  • ITE/ Diploma in IT related disciplines
  • Min 1 year experience in IT support or field support related experience
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • PC application skills including MS Office
