Responsibilities / Introduction

Responsibilities
● Design user experience for apps and responsive websites
● Design back office website and improve contact center officer’s experience
● Create user stories, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
● Conduct user research both qualitative and quantitative to better understand user
behaviors and insight
● Conduct usability testing, A/B testing to evaluate designs
● Collaborate effectively with UI Designer to deliver a high-quality experience that fit user’s
needs
● Deliver possible user cases, flows, and logics for each release with the Engineering
team
● Responsible for web design strategy and action plan in collaboration with the branding,
communication, and software development team


Requirement

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science,
related field, or equivalent practical experience
● Experience in interaction design with user-centered design methodologies and
usabilities
● Experience with visual and interaction design tools including working with HTML, CSS,
and JavaScript
● Experience in collaborating with UX designer, branding, communication, and software
engineer teams
● Communicate design intent to both internal and external teams such as UI designer,
branding, communication, and software engineering teams
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and design ownership skills
● Strong understanding of wireframing and prototyping skills
● Ability to work in a highly technical environment; good understanding of technical
requirements and limitations
