Responsibilities / Introduction

This role is responsible to achieve customers’ retention level and recurring sales revenue under CRM.  The person will have direct reporting line to Marketing Director in supporting CRM of all brands.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Achieve KPI set for Customer Relations
  • Improve customer satisfaction & retention level
  • Design and Implement innovative campaigns to drive higher customer retention and loyalty
  • Liaise and handle customers' queries via email, social media apps/platforms and phone calls
  • Follow up and monitor closely on customers feedback, action taken and close cases
  • In charge of consolidating customer satisfaction feedbacks
  • Analyse effectiveness of programmes and activities
 

Requirement

 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Excellent customers’ follow up and time management skills
  • Good in conflict management and negotiation skills
