Responsibilities / Introduction

  • Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Establish and maintain good business relationships with stakeholders to influence and achieve business goals
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
  • Development of new accounts to achieve revenue target for company and division


  • Ideally with at least 1 to 2 years of sales experience
  • Female candidates are preferred (worked well for us in Singapore and Malaysia)
  • Has worked with start-ups and SMBs before
  • Openness to being in an entirely new start-up and being part of building something new
