Responsibilities

  • Providing constructive insight for competitors & business opportunities to the regional sales manager
  • Developing and implementing area target coverage
  • Developing promotion and activation program plan within company's goal and budget and achieve the sales target
  • Identify sales growth and new channel opportunity in the area
  • Liaise with supply chain and/or procurement division to ensure goods are constantly available for uninterrupted sales
  • Ensure implementation of brand activities in the area - aligning with the approved marketing policies and guidelines
  • Creating initiatives/ideas to compete and also deliver market share and sales volume

Requirement

  • Having minimum 5 years Sales experiences in FMCG Industry
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a diverse population, multiple levels of an organization and various cross-function
