Responsibilities / Introduction
Management and Research
1. Conduct Market Research by assisting the Project Manager in preparation of any competitor analysis, industry analysis by PEST, Michael Portal 5 Forces approaches and et. E.g. Gather information within the industry on competitors such as pricing, promotion plan and etc to provide insight counter strategies.
2. Develop and implement clear and lucid SOP for sales and management procedures, such as: Residential Client Proposal SOP, Commercial Client Proposal SOP and etc.
3. Prepare Monthly, Quarter, Annual Sales, New prospects database report to Management.
4. Report and submit progressive report to Management and conduct Weekly Meeting that according to agenda.
5. Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff. (For new Team Development)
6. Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities. (For new Team Development)
7. Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
8. Develop Forecast sales targets and report in weekly and monthly meeting
9. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
New Business Development
1. Responsible for Sales and Marketing division in region in Perak, Penang and Selangor
2. Generate database list from different market such as Commercial, Residential, and Government by effective promotional strategies.
3. Able to provide “NEW” effective marketing strategies and tactics to new
market and generate sales.
4. Able to conduct effective marketing strategies such as: Seminar, exhibition,
business networking events, Online marketing, Business Association and
more that can generate more sales leads
5. Gain new customer acceptance by explaining product features
demonstrating Product benefits to prospects target such as Managing
directors, General Managers and executives staffs.
6. Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential
customers; planning and organizing sales call and meeting schedule.
7. Provide client retention program such as sales follow up and new product
1. Assist clients to proceed for any Local Council certification, agreements and
legislation application matters.
2. Assist Admin Clerk for document collection from Client
3. Payment Collection according to Client progressive payment
- More than 4 years in relevant with Sales, Marketing, Engineering with strong
product working knowledge and practices
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing or any relevant will be an
- Show past proven sales achievements
- Fundamental Knowledge about Electrical and Mechanical
- Able to travel individually to meet clients in Malaysia
- Has involved in Sales, Engineering, marketing from similar industries/ Solar Pv industry (added advantage)- Able provide insights and leadership skill to sales team
- Possess strong communication and listening skill
- Able to work in KL, Penang, Ipoh etc
- Candidate with mandarin speaking with be an added advantage
