Responsibilities / Introduction

  • Research and identify new business opportunities in B2B in Thailand

  • Generate leads and cold call prospective B2B customers

  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone

  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes

  • Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate



  • Know the Corporate B2B products such as health insurance, medical insurance, training program or other related service.
  • Good business connection with Human Resource and/or Procurement Manager
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Systematic and analytical skills.
  • Fast learner and proactive.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to details.
  • Highly organized.
  • Good at empathy. Good people skills.
  • Good at playing game to implement gamification on company structure and career path
