Responsibilities / Introduction
- New equipment pump Sales expereince
- Manage a P&L before; or knows basics or Revenue, Cost, Profitability and Working Capital
- Loves Sales, Loves Selling, Loves engaging with customers (Is a Business Developer and able to Close a Sale)
- Familiar with either of these industries: Water Management (e.g. Water Intake, Water Distribution, Waste Water and Water Treatment) or Building Services Commerical (Pumps in Apartments, Condos, Manfacturing, Semi-conductor, Stadiums, Hospitals, Light industry plant etc.).
- Willing to take a challenge to grow a market through a good business plan and achieve success from it
- Truly understands the water pump market and it’s competitive landscape in Thailand
- Male / Female
- Manage a team of 1-5 ppl (less is also ok). Has a desire to grow people.
- Knows pump/ M&E consultants well; has expereince building relationship and supporting
- Knows good dealers and distrbutors that see value to partner with Wilo
